By creating an account, accessing the app, or using any amora service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use amora.

amora is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using amora, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these terms.

amora is an AI emotional companion designed for informal support, reflection, and conversation. amora is not a licensed therapist, counselor, doctor, or medical professional. The service does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

You agree not to use amora to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
• Generate, share, or distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

amora offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or the app store where you subscribed. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policy of the platform you used to subscribe (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web payment provider). We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

amora and its content, brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by AmoraCoach.AI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission. You retain ownership of the content you input, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

You can stop using amora at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, use the service unlawfully, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use amora ends immediately, but certain provisions of these terms will survive.

amora is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Because amora is an AI companion, responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful. Use your own judgment and do not rely on amora for medical, legal, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmoraCoach.AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of amora. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you did not pay.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of amora after changes means you accept the updated terms.
